Amanda and Ro’s August Anniversary Session!

Oh anniversary sessions, I just love them so much for so many reasons! Not only do I get to hangout with past couples who are super awesome, like Amanda and Rolando, but I also get to capture such an important milestone in their married lives together! Amanda and Roland tied the knot on September 17th last year at Ivey Spencer Leadership Centre, I will be wishing them a very happy anniversary on the blog soon as it’s coming up super fast! As they live in the USA this was the only time we could carve out to capture some images for these two before they headed back home after the holiday weekend!
Bellamere Winery is such a gorgeous venue and when Amanda told me she got us time to shoot there I was pretty excited! I have shot plenty of weddings at this rustic venue but never a couples session! It was great to be so creative in this beautiful spot! Amanda was hoping for fall themed images and the weather cooperated perfectly, it stayed overcast and cooler all morning and even though these photos were taken in the middle of summer they look pretty fall-y to me!
It was so fun chatting with these two again as well! We talked about their careers, how married life is really no different then engaged life (no matter how many people like to ask) and about how we are so over the baby question which inevitably comes with the married life!
So congratulations Amanda and Rolando! It was such an honour getting to hangout with you two again and I hope you have the most amazing anniversary as it is only a few days away!
