Another bridal expo has come and gone and this one was a little different for Michelle A Photography! With a new brand, website and booth I was pretty excited to show off all this “new” with potential brides, grooms and of course my vendor friends as well! I have spent a lot of time this past year getting to know my dream clients and taking plenty of classes and reading learning material on who I would love to get to photograph and with that meant a new brand!
I spent all of August and September perfecting everything in time for this show and I somehow managed to pull it off in time while also being right in the middle of my busiest season! I had several late nights, as in 4am late nights, but it was all so worth it to hear so many people compliment me on all my hard work. To hear some brides and their friends say they already follow me on social media and to hear how much they love my work makes all of it worth it, and truly this is why I continue to build my business and love what I do!
On top of that I had vendor friends come up and say how much they love my brand and even a photographer I look up to and used to do some field placement in college say she was proud of how far I’ve come, how she loves the new branding and how the veil photo on my wall was the best image I’ve ever taken! It was just such an amazing weekend and I had a smile ear to ear from all the love I received!
So thank you! Thank you everyone who came to my booth, who send me loving messages about my rebrand and who commented on my dog sweater (yes I wore a dog sweater haha). Thank you to my Mom who ran the show for me on Saturday while I was shooting a gorgeous wedding, thank you to my Husband who set up and help make my new booth and for listening to all the late night crying over getting all this done and thank you to my sister who also helped set up and listened to me rant!
What an amazing weekend it was and I can’t wait to do it again in January!
