Blair and Trent’s September Wedding Day!

So excited to be sharing another sweet wedding up on the blog today as I continue with 2019 fall weddings, Blair and Trent’s amazing day is up next and boy was it ever one amazing day! I first met Blair and Trent when we got together for a coffee as always at Williams to chat all about their wedding day plans, as the conversation went on we got talking about our favourite tv shows, our dogs and even about how Trent and I actually went to high school together without even knowing it! Needless to say I was so excited when they decided to book their wedding day with me and even more excited to capture their sweet winter engagement session at the end of 2018. You can check out their engagement session here, but I mean who wouldn’t want to get super pretty photos taken at a Christmas Tree Farm!!
When September 21st rolled around we made the drive down to Hamilton to meet with with Trent and his groomsmen, we captured some groom details, special moments with Trent’s father and father in-law to be and of course the always popular shot of whiskey photo that groomsmen love! Shortly after we made the drive back to Blair’s parents house for bride getting ready, there ended up being an accident on the highway which delayed us a little bit but thankfully we had bumpered the day with lots of extra time just in case! We took come candids of the bridesmaids hanging out, lots of lovely detail shots and the sweetest first look between Blair and her dad!
Next we made our way to Flamborough Hills Golf Club to get the day rolling, Flamborough Hills is honestly one of the most stunning golf courses I have ever had the pleasure of capturing a wedding at (their food is incredible!) so I was excited to be back! We kicked everything off with the cutest first look and headed right into bride and groom as well as bridal party images. We had lots and lots of laughs while taking photos and hanging out with their amazing videographer Wyton Weddings (if you are looking for a videographer I couldn’t recommend Andrew enough)!! The day then flowed into their short yet very sweet ceremony, some more bride and groom images featuring Sully the funniest golden lab of all time and finally getting ready for the grand entrance into the reception.
The rest of the evening was full of literally the most delicious food ever, the funniest and most heartfelt speeches, some sunset photos and the cutest first dance and parent dances! Blair and Trent’s whole wedding day was absolutely perfect and to say I am excited to get to chat about it today in an understatement!
It was such an honour to meet Blair and Trent and be apart of such a beautiful day! I wish them so much happiness in their lives together and it was so much fun meeting all of their family and friends!
