Hello!!
I am Michelle, a featured and award-winning London Ontario Wedding Photographer. I fell in love with photography when I was 16 years old in my high school photography class and have my amazing teacher to thank for kick starting the passion I have for this business I have built.
Behind the camera, I am married to my high school sweetheart, spend my days with my little corgi Samson and a collector of cute pins! In my spare time, I love to cuddle up on the couch and binge watch Ru Paul's Drag Race or read a good fantasy romance novel!

My Story
Back in 2013, at the age of 21 and a year after graduating from the Fanshawe College Photography Program, I began Michelle A Photography out of my childhood bedroom (complete with super cool dolphin poster)!
A mere 3 months later, I photographed my very first wedding under my own business. I immediately fell in love with everything!! I worked several retail jobs until I ended up laid off in the winter of 2015 (R.I.P. Future Shop). From there, I threw everything I had into my business. In 2016, I went 100% full-time and have been capturing weddings ever since!
My WhyWhy do I Photograph Weddings?
As a Wedding Photographer, I get to be a part of a once in a lifetime day and photograph so many precious memories. But most importantly, I get to capture unique relationships and document them for years to come!
I married my High School Sweetheart on a sunny spring day in an outdoor ceremony surrounded by our closest friends and family. Precious moments in our relationship were included in so many ways.
Our corgi Samson was included with a little bowtie. Our first dance was to the same song he asked me to be his girlfriend too. Our cake topper was a scene from our favourite show and we entered our reception to one of our favourite songs. All things that were so uniquely us!
Because of this, I am a believer in true love and finding that one person who compliments your quirks. I found mine at 17 and now I get to participate in wedding days that are one of a kind!

💙 Happy 12 Years Michelle A Photography 💙
12 years ago today in the comfort of my blue childhood bedroom complete with dolphin poster...I registered as a business!
That is kind of a crazy statement, I was only 21 years old, still living at home and was quite literally surrounded by my childhood dolphin collectibles and stuffed animals.🐬
Now 12 years later, I am a full time wedding and family photographer. I have been featured on blogs and in magazines. Won 2nd place for a photo of mine in a worldwide contest and photographed 100’s of couples wedding days!
If lil 21 year old me could see me now, she would probably be in disbelief.
So today, I celebrate 12 years of continuing to do this career that I love AND being so very grateful to everyone who has supported me through out this journey!🥰

This is probably my favourite reel I have ever made🐶

Story time, I was struggling to come up with a photo idea for Samson to do for this reel. I loved the reel idea, but being a chronic over thinker I NEEDED a photo idea I deemed “exciting”🤣
As I was doom scrolling (as many of us do) I came across this adorable tulip trend. And that got me super excited! So I headed to the store, bought a ton of tulips, spent a good 30 minutes tying them to a background stand we rigged up and bam adorable Samson photo idea created!🌷
As a psa, if you do want to recreate this trend with your dog, please make sure they don’t consume any of the tulips. Upon buying everything I did a quick google and it turns out they can be toxic so please be careful!🙏🏻
