Within Michelle A Photography there are four core values that I hold near and dear. These are the things you can expect when working together for your wedding day, open and good communication, keeping your wedding photography experience stress-free, capturing who you are through colourful, joyful and heartfelt imagery and keeping couples at ease in front of the camera through posing and prompts. I pride myself on having a colourful, joyful and heartfelt style to my images. With a true to life editing style, poses and prompts to create natural expressions and a heartfelt feel to my images. I have perfected my style over my 13 years in business. Your final gallery will be a mix of joyful portraits, lots of candid moments and unique wedding details!The Photos

The Experience

1. The Inquiry

Upon inquiring through my website, you will hear from me within 24 hours. We will then chat and set up a meeting to get to know each other better!

2. The Consultation

We will have a Zoom meeting to chat all about your wedding day! I want to hear all about how you got engaged, your wedding plans and about your relationship.

3. The Booking

Booking is easy and seamless! Everything can be confirmed online including any payments. My goal is to keep everything stress-free.

4. The Engagement Session

Your engagement session is a great way to get to know each other and get comfortable in front of the camera in a more low key environment.

5. The Pre-Wedding Meeting

We will meet 4-5 weeks before your wedding. This will be a Zoom meeting where we chat about my wedding questionnaire, your timeline and shot list.

6. The Wedding Day

Our goal is to capture your day as it unfolds. Through a mix of posed and candid moments, I will always direct any posed photos, we will capture every second!

7. The Following Days

You will receive a sneak peek gallery within 48-72 hours after your wedding day. You can expect your full wedding gallery 4-6 weeks following your wedding!

💙Everything You Need to Know About Michelle A Photo💙

Today I am sharing all things Michelle A Photo from 13 years ago to now!✌🏻

In 2013, Michelle A Photography became a reality when I registered my business. The very next day, I booked my first wedding and a few months later photographed it! My business name at the time was actually Michelle Alexandra Photography, that is where the A comes from in Michelle A Photo.

A few years later in 2015, I started to participate in the London Bridal Expos. With my old mint, grey and pink branding. Oh and super cool vintage style edits.🙈

And in 2016, I quit my final part time job and became a full time photographer! I photographed 18 weddings that year and found my photography style.

The following year, 2017, was a BIG year for me. One of my photos won second place in a worldwide photography contest and I rebranded to be what Michelle A Photography is today!

Skipping ahead to 2020...everyones favourite year...the pandemic hit and everything came to a grinding halt. I was gearing up for 20 weddings that year but instead I got to play catch up pretty much until 2022.

But it wasn’t all bad! I was featured twice in that period of time in two different wedding magazines.😍

And that brings us all the way to present day. I just celebrated 13 years in business and have photographed 100’s of weddings and tons of family sessions!

Michelle A Photography is now booking 2026 weddings and sessions as well as 2027 weddings!
