IT’S SPOOKY SEASON!! Hello October, I could not be more excited that we have officially entered into my favourite time of year! October to December is just the best, we have Samson’s birthday, Thanksgiving, Halloween, my birthday and Christmas, what more could you ask for!!

So like many others I downloaded Tik Tok back in quarantine and since then I watch it pretty frequently. Its a good stress reliever and some of the content is just so funny! Since about mid September I have been seeing people do ghost photoshoots with their dogs and well I immediately thought that I wanted to do that with Samson too. So let me officially introduce ghost Samson to you! I posted a few behind the scenes sneak peeks to my Instagram stories of our very chilly and hilarious photoshoot last night which was a mix of some birthday photos for Samson’s 5th birthday (that was October 4th) and some ghost photos. AKA a white sheet we got at JYSK and cut holes in to try and make it look as ghostly as possible!

Most times when we do photos Samson is a little bit of a handful and yesterday was no exception, mind you if I had a white sheet put on my head I probably wouldn’t be super into it either!

Anyways, it’s officially October and my busiest season of the year, I have 3 weddings, tons of shoots and with that lots and lots of editing! I am so excited to get to capture all my October weddings as planned even with all the rule changes, lots of engagement sessions for 2021 couples and even some family sessions with friends and past clients! Needless to say I am so excited for this month with all the pretty colours…oh and lets not forget all the PSL’s, I am living!!
