Alison and Jeremy’s Fall Wedding Day!

I am so excited to finally be blogging this lovely day because I am in love with Alison and Jeremy’s wedding! The day may have been 40 degrees and crazy hot but that didn’t stop these two from having the most perfect day, they are so in love and I adored getting to witness all the emotions throughout their wedding! Oh and you know, their dog Ty was there so I was a happy camper for getting to pet their super cute dog all day!
We began the day at Station Park All Suite Hotel downtown in London to capture Jeremy getting ready for the day! This hotel is so nice for getting ready images, it is spacious and has plenty of window light to work with!
We then made our way to Alison and Jeremy’s home in Ilderton to begin capturing Alison getting ready for the day and also getting to photograph all her amazing wedding day details, the love between these girls and the sweetest first look with Alison’s grandmother!
Following getting ready we made our way to St Peter’s Basilica downtown London aka the most beautiful church ever! The stained glass windows and plenty of natural light always make this church an amazing place to photograph a ceremony!
Once Alison and Jeremy’s ceremony was down, we headed to Forest City National Golf Club for their images and reception! I just loved their fall inspired wedding details!
Their wedding day ended up falling on the same weekend as the AirShow London, so we had an amazing view of the show while we captured their images! Forest City National is always one of my favourite places to shoot because although it is a golf course it is also part of the Fanshawe Conservation Area! It feels like you are in the middle of the woods, steps from the venue doors!
As I am sure most of you know if you have been following me for any period of time, that I love ring shots! This one if one of my fav’s because I was able to capture their wedding rings and Alison’s grandmothers broche together in one beautiful image!
The night continued with plenty of laughs, amazing speeches and the funniest kissing game I have ever witnessed! Each table had an envelope on it with a task that the table had to complete in order for the bride and groom to kiss. There were tasks anywhere from tongue twisters to making a human pyramid, it was so fun and the night was full of plenty of huge smiles!
Of course we finished off the night with a night photo as I always love to do, under one of the amazing trees out back of the reception venue!
Congratulations Alison and Jeremy! Your day was absolutely stunning and I am so honoured have have gotten to meet the two of you, your families and friends and of course capture such a lovely day in your lives together!
