Happy One Year Wedding Anniversary to my Husband!

This past Sunday my husband Tylor and I celebrated one whole year of being married! It is so crazy to me that it has already been one year, it seems to have gone by so fast as cliche as that sounds but it doesn’t feel like it has been a year since saying I Do to one another! We planned our wedding day for May 27th 2017 and truthfully it was the most perfect day for us, we had beautiful warm weather, all of our closest family and friends were there to celebrate with us and we had the best vendors to make our day so smooth!
As we are packing to jump on a plane tomorrow morning to head to BC for one of Tylor’s groomsman’s weddings I thought I would take the time today to write a mushy personal blog post about my husband because he’s pretty great! We got engaged in the summer of 2015 and spent the next two years planning for our wedding day, we had been dating at that point for just over 6 years and he proposed at the top of the lighthouse in Port Burwell!
We have now been together for just over 9 years and 1 full one married, I will tell you honestly that nothing seems to have changed with us, which I think is a good thing! We still love each other more and more everyday, we laugh together over inside jokes and my ridiculous dance moves. We play with Samson and treat him like he is our child but lets face it, he pretty much is. We watch silly movies and go out to eat way to much. Everything we loved to do with each other just with the Mr and Mrs titles!
Although we have both been crazy busy lately with work and this trip we made the time yesterday to open our one year anniversary cards from my bridal shower (thank you everyone!!), went to Palasad for our favourite date night of nachos and arcade games and then finished off with a movie and some snacks!
I love this guy more and more everyday and today I am sharing that for everyone to see!
Happy one year Tylor, here is to many more anniversaries of being us!
