Hello!

What it really looks like to photograph a wedding…
I share a lot of pretty photos on here, so here’s a little bit of the real behind them!
From posing to making sure gear is working properly. Lots goes into capturing a wedding day. Here is just a little glimpse.💁🏻♀️
Thank you to @hopeharbourphotography for the behind the scenes footage and photos!

💙November Photo Dump💙
December is here and that means it’s time for the second last photo dump of 2025!
The last month went by so fast, but I am excited to officially be in the holiday season.
Some highlights…
💙 Celebrating my 34th birthday!
💙 Spending time with my Nephew and Sister In-Law.
💙 Getting to play DnD after a 6 month break.
💙 Seeing @thehometeam for the second time!
💙 Cat sitting the cutest babies.
💙 Photographing my last 2 sessions of the year!
December is going to be a quieter month than usual. Taking care of Samson post surgery is priority number 1!
I have one more wedding to finish editing and then I’ll be taking some time off to relax and reflect on 2025.
Here is to an amazing December!🎄

💙Year 10 - Year 5 - Day 1💙
10 years ago today we bought the sassiest, sweetest boy into our lives. It’s been full of laughs, corgi kisses and side-eyes ever since!
Happy gotcha day my beautiful boy!🥰

Back in 2013, at the age of 21 and a year after graduating from the Fanshawe College Photography Program, I began Michelle A Photography out of my childhood bedroom (complete with super cool dolphin poster)!🐬
A mere 3 months later, I photographed my very first wedding under my own business. I immediately fell in love with everything!! I worked several retail jobs until I ended up laid off in the winter of 2015 (R.I.P. Future Shop). From there, I threw everything I had into my business. In 2016, I went 100% full-time and 9.5 years later, here I am.
Moral of the story, if you have a dream, you can make it a reality!🙌🏻
