Julie and Justin’s Fall Engagement Session
October 28th 2018
Komoka Provincial Park
Every single engagement session blog post I am sharing this month was photographed at the same location, this has never happened before on the blog but it’s pretty cool to see 3 engagement sessions all shot at the same location, same time of year but all looking pretty different! Komoka Provincial Park is one of the most versatile photo locations around here in my opinion and I am so excited to be sharing the first of 3 engagement sessions I captured there last fall on the blog today!
Julie is the sister of one of my past brides Kathryn who happened to be one of the first ever weddings I photographed back in 2014, so when she contacted me about photographing her wedding as well I was a little bit excited! It’s also a coincidence because the groom Justin is the cousin of Danny the groom from 2014 so this is truly a family affair! We met on a very overcast afternoon to capture Julie and Justin’s engagement photos, she found this most amazing spot which was quite a trek into the park but 100% worth it so start off their session!
We wandered around finding lots of beautiful spots and colourful leaves and got lucky that the rain held off just long enough to appear in the last couple of shots! I am so excited to be photographing these twos wedding in a little over a month on September 28th of this year!
Congratulations Julie and Justin!!
