Pinery Engagement Session
It’s looking a lot like summer up on my website and social media lately and I am loving every second of it, I am already getting so excited for spring and summer to get started and for all of my lovely weddings and sessions this year! I am also excited because one of my favourite engagement sessions is making it’s way onto the blog today and it was also captured at one of my all time favourite locations for engagement sessions! I drove out to Pinery Provincial Park on a beautiful evening in August to meet up with Stephanie and Mathew and capture their engagement session. I first met these two at last years January Bridal Expo where they booked a consultation with me on the spot! We met a few days later to chat all about their wedding day plans and I could not have been more excited when they decided to book!
I have done plenty of sessions at Pinery Provincial Park in the last couple of years but this was the first time I was there in the middle of the summer on a weekend! Needless to say we had a lot of people to avoid and work around while we did this session but honestly looking at the photos you would never know it! What I love most about the pinery is the variety it offers, we took advantage of the glowy sun peeking through the trees, the hidden wooden stair cases tucked into the woods, the large sand dunes that circle around the beach and of course the lovely beach at sunset! Within about 90 minutes we were able to capture tons of different poses and locations without having to walk more then 5 minutes from one another!
Stephanie and Mathew rocked their photos and I cannot wait to capture their wedding day this coming August! They are two of the cutest people I have ever met and they are 100% meant to be together! Until I get to hangout with these two again, please enjoy their sweet engagement session!
