The Adventures of Samson and Michelle
December
Well here we are, finally at the end of 2020, somehow this year seemed to go by so fast and so slow all at the same time. It has been a rollercoaster of a year to say the least but I am excited to head into December and take lots of time for myself and some serious self care! I take December off every year to reflect, relax and plan for the coming year. I also like to take time for myself to do some of my favourite things after such a busy fall season, it should have been a very busy wedding season this year but hey, I am just happy I had some couples still tie the knot!
I know this month probably won’t go as planned (2020 vibes) but I hope everyone can try and enjoy what we are allowed to do this month and for the holiday season. We have decorated our apartment, I have been lighting holiday scented candles and even watching some holiday movies to already get in the spirit. It helps that we had a pretty big snow fall a few weekends ago, that always makes it feel so much more cheery (if I can stay at home and cuddle Samson that is)!!
We headed out during that major snow fall to take some photos of Samson for the blog, as some of you may have seen I have been doing a little mini series of Samson photos this year. For every season we have taken a photo of Tylor holding Samson up in the air! It started as a joke back in the spring but quickly turned into something fun we could do for every season. Naturally, Samson decided he would not be smiling for this one, every time we try to take photos of him in snowy weather it never goes as planned because all he wants to do is play in the snow. We inconvenience him every time and he has none of it!
