Carly and Mike’s beautiful wedding at Elsie Perrin Williams Estate in London Ontario

Carly and Mike’s wedding was so sweet, they chose to have a Sunday afternoon wedding day. We started the day in the early afternoon and were done by 7pm! It was such an amazing lovely and low key wedding day and I loved every second of it!

They said “I Do” at Elsie Perrin Williams Estate which is one of my absolute favourite venues in London! They have gorgeous grounds, amazing old windows and an amazing space for receptions. We started the day captureing all of their adorable details and also capturing Carly get ready for the day. Her wedding dress was so gorgeous, and I just had to photograph it in front of the large window in the reception room space!

We had such amazing weather, especially after having nothing but rain for Amanda and Rolando’s wedding the day before! It was a stunning day for an outdoor ceremony and the space for ceremonies at Elsie Perrin is absolutely stunning!

Instead of a unity candle or a sand ceremony, they did a tree planting ceremony instead! I had never seen this at a wedding before but I loved it. Each parent brought dirt in a jar to pass to each one of their children, then the bride and groom add each jar to the tree to symbolize the two families coming together!

The colours Carly chose went together so well and I loved the florals!

After finishing up all the bridal party photos we wandered around the gorgeous grounds to capture so many bride and groom portraits and I am seriously in love with all of their photos together!

They didn’t have a traditional sit down reception but had appetizers, speeches and of course their first dances! It was such a laid back reception and everyone had a fantastic time!
