Louise and Bryce’s lovely family farm wedding day!
October 1st 2016
We are finally into the fall weddings and I am sharing one today that I am in love with! Every detail of this wedding day was gorgeous and the rain didn’t stop these two from having one incredible wedding day!
Louise first heard about Michelle A Photography at the September bridal show at the Western Fair in 2015, I am pretty sure she actually met my mom who is amazing and was running the booth for me while I was at a wedding! Soon after Louise booked a consultation with me to go over everything they were looking for. I was so excited when they decided to book and they also received a free engagement session for booking in February which you can check out here!
The same special is going on all of February this year as well so don’t hesitate to get in touch if you are still looking for a wedding photographer and are interested, you can find more information on the deal here!
Anyways back to this amazing wedding! We began the day at the location of the entire wedding, from getting ready to the ceremony and reception. I am not going to lie, I love a lot of different venues in London but something about family farm weddings make me so happy. It is so meaningful to the family and in this case the bride’s sister also got married on her parents property! There farm is incredibly gorgeous and had so much to work with for photos! I even got to do something a little different and photograph Louise’s details in a more moody style, but how could I not with this beautiful window light!
Their wedding just screamed fall! They had pumpkins and mums all over the place for decor and everything looked so amazing together!
I love when brides want to do first looks in general, but when they also want to incorporate a first look with their families it is so special! Her dads expression is amazing and you could feel the love this family has for one another!
They rented a tent in order to have the reception on the property as well and their decor also was all about fall!
I LOVE first looks! So much so that I will be doing a blog post soon on why I love them and why they make your wedding day go smoother. These two decided on a first look and it was such a special moment! None of these first look images are posed they are all candid and thats why I love them so much! You can really feel the connection between these two and their chemistry is amazing!
Immediately following the first look we began their bride and groom portraits and I am in love with all of them! They are so natural together!
Once the bride and groom portraits were done we started on the bridal party! I adore the colours Louise chose and I also love that she chose to have her three sisters as her maids!
The ceremony was set up in the most beautiful area of the yard and we spent this time capturing candid photos of guests arriving and of course how beautiful this spot was for them to say “I Do”!
This wedding was a shorter day for us so we finished off the day with capturing the entrances and the first dance between Louise and Bryce!
Honestly this is one of my absolute favourite wedding days and I am so excited to get to share! I wish these two so much happiness in their marriage and tons of happy anniversaries to come!
