Krystal and Marc’s Summer Wedding Day

I am so excited to be sharing another summer wedding on the blog today, Krystal and Marc are honestly two of the sweetest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! When we first met at our consultation we hit it off right away, we have so much in common and we got along so well that I couldn’t even wait for their wedding day to roll around! Honestly I have never laughed as hard as I did at this wedding, we had so much fun from their images to their reception! Krystal and Marc tied the knot on July 15th at Best Western Lamplighter Inn and we started the day capturing Krystal’s lovely wedding details at the hotel!
Like how gorgeous are Krystal’s bridal details, her dress from Sophie’s Gown Shoppe fit her perfectly and I loved her sparkly shoes and earrings!
One of my favourite parts of the day is always to capture bridal details, but I also love all the candid moments that come along with the bride getting ready for her special day! Krystal’s mom helped her with her dress and we were visited by her grandfather and Marc’s grandmother (all the way from Poland!) for Krystal to give them their florals for the day!
Also I am sure everyone knows by now how much I love Dani from Invited by Dani, she did these awesome custom glasses for Krystal as well as her lovely bridesmaids!
This was my first time getting to capture a wedding day at the Lamplighter, the only other time I have ever been was for my own Prom and another wedding just for the getting ready so I was pretty excited to capture a whole wedding day here! Krystal and Marc’s ceremony was so adorable and I loved every second of it!
While we were waiting for the bride and groom to say some hello’s before heading out for their images, we ran into their reception hall to capture their details! I loved that they incorporated so much of themselves into their day, their guestbook was Star Wars inspired, they had little pieces of lego on all of the tables and their lovely cake was made by one of Krystal’s bridesmaids!
We then took a drive right around the corner to Westminister Ponds for their family photos and all of their bridal party images! It was the most perfect area with the most perfect weather, considering all of the rain leading up to their wedding day!
Their reception was so fun! Their kissing game was having guests sing a love song, their speeches were so sweet and their dances were filled with so much love!
We ended the night with a night photo as I alway offer to all my couples! It is just a nice way to add one more creative shot of the bride and groom finish off the wedding day!
Congratulations Krystal and Marc! Your day was absolutely stunning and I am so honoured have have gotten to meet the two of you, your families and friends and of course capture such a lovely day in your lives together!
