Happy 5 Year Anniversary Michelle A Photography!!

Today is a super special day on the blog, 5 years ago on this day in my super cool blue childhood bedroom complete with dolphin poster and ocean themed bedsheets (I was super cool I know) I logged onto the Ontario Government page to apply for my business licence! I remember telling myself one thing and one thing only, “you have 5 years, lets make it happen”! I am so excited to share today that I have officially been in business for 5 whole years!!!
Truthfully I am crazy proud of myself, owning a business is hard and I’m not ashamed to say it! In a world where we only share our wins and accomplishments on social media it’s hard to not get swept up in everyones success, when really you should be focusing on your own! I keep hearing that everyone has their own definition of what success is and I thought today of all days I would share. Success to me is being able to do what I love as a career 100% full time, making it to 5 years and 2018 is going to be my best year yet and getting to have the flexibility in work time to spend special moments with my amazing loved ones!
Today I am celebrating a huge milestone!!
Today I am sharing something so crazy amazing to me and I am so thrilled to have gotten the opportunity to create this blog post!
Of course where would I be without a ton of thank yous! Thank you to all my amazing past, present and future clients, you are the reason I can live my dream of doing what I love as a career! You are the reason Michelle A Photography has made it to 5 years and here is to many more!
I also need to thank, my amazing support group of vendors, friends, family and of course my husband who has dealt with all the meltdowns, successes and tears that go along with business ownership!
