3 Favourite London Ontario Wedding Venues
Are you newly engaged and have no idea where to start planning your wedding?
Maybe you have a date, but have NO idea where to go from there or you are overwhelmed with the amount of venues to choose from?
Today on the blog, I am sharing 3 of my personal favourite wedding venues in London Ontario and why you should consider them for your big day! I have been in the biz for over 8 and a half years and have photographed at several lovely venues around the city of London.
So lets get this blog post started…
Bellamere Winery & Event Centre
If you have lived in London for any period of time, there is a very good chance you have heard of or attended some sort of event at Bellamere. It is known as one of the most popular venues in the city and there is good reason for it! With two halls, Kindred Hall and The Winery, they are able to accommodate your wedding no matter what the size. These halls are also stunning! They both offer a rustic aesthetic and need little decorating, which is a bonus!
They offer the option of an outdoor ceremony at the gazebo or an indoor ceremony in one of the halls, both in front of lovely fireplaces! Better yet, so many things are included already for you when you book your wedding with Bellamere. Their wedding packages include catering, bar, set-up, tables and chairs and even a DJ (one of the best in the biz)!
Not to mention Bellamere sits on acres of land for images, including fields, rows of pine trees and an orchard. Leaving a lot of options for your wedding day photography.
FireRock is a new favourite of mine, I have had the pleasure of shooting there several times over the last little while! There are so many great things about this venue and everything they have to offer. The grounds at FireRock are absolutely stunning. Provided with golf carts, you can drive around the course finding lush greens, wooden bridges and patches of tall grass and wild flowers!
They offer a covered patio for ceremonies and receptions. This allows for a rain plan as well as if your wedding falls on a super sunny and hot day. It is a wonderful option for couples to be able to choose to have their reception indoors or out! On top of this, they handle all of the catering and bar. They also have lovely wedding coordinators to help you plan every step of the way!
Forest City National Golf Club
Forest City is absolutely stunning and in all honesty doesn’t feel like a golf club at all! Located close to Fanshawe Conservation Area, it feels like you are in the middle of a national park. With a stunning view overlooking the river to winding paths through trees, there are so many options for any and all photos taken on your special day!
The ceremony is set up to overlook the river and the reception hall is simple and clean to suit any theme or decor you could possibly want! They include catering and bar as well and let me tell you their food is delicious. Also included is room set up and table and chairs which saves on rentals.
I have captured several weddings over the years at Forest City and it they are always perfect!
