My sister is MARRIED!
Saturday was perfect in every way and it was so amazing getting to stand by my sister’s side as she married her best friend.
Ziyad has been apart of our family for 12 years already. But I can officially call him my brother in-law now!
I also want to give some vendor shout outs for making the day so smooth.
@djalphadavegalloway - for being the best officiant, MC and DJ EVER. And for playing some emo songs and System of a Down🤘🏻
@lindaloveshair - we were all so in love with our hair. She was so sweet and did an amazing job!
@makeupbynoors - she was the sweetest and made us all look so amazing!
@elmhurstinnandspa - their space is lovely and the food…DELICIOUS!
@tiabakery2019 - for the CUTEST heart cake.
@retrospectphotobooth - such a cool Photo Booth option. Think a vintage Photo Booth turned modern!
@growandbloomco - the PRETTIEST poison garden inspired florals I’ve ever seen😍
And a MASSIVE shout out to my bestie Cassie (@hopeharbourphotography) for being the hero and coordinator all day. She kept everything running behind the scenes so everyone could live in the moment🩷

💙July Photo Dump💙
I debated whether or not I wanted to do a photo dump post for this month. It hasn’t ended the greatest and social media really hasn’t been top of mind.
But there were good things that happened in July that are worth sharing.
PSA, there is a photo of Samson’s urn at the end of this post so if that makes you uncomfortable do not swipe to the end!
Some highlights...
💙 Photographing 3 of my own weddings and second shooting 2.
💙 Celebrating my sister at her bachelorette.
💙 Taking our nephew to the Toronto aquarium for the first time and doing some shopping after.
💙 Meeting some cute pets, babies and having amazing clients turned friends!
💙 Getting to take Samson for his last ice cream and spending as much time with him sitting outside as we could.
💙 Bringing home our baby, even if it’s not the form we want.
We miss Sammy every single day and the sadness will continue into August. Thank you again to everyone who has reached out, commented, sent flowers and cards and have been there for us. Words cannot express how thankful we are.
It’s so nice to see just how loved Samson was.💙
Anyways, we are onto August and my sister gets married in a week and my holidays start tomorrow. A little glimmer in our sadness.🩷

On Saturday, I had the pleasure of photographing Lindsay and Tyler’s amazing wedding day.
They were a referral from a past wedding client of mine (now friends🥰) so I was soooo excited for their wedding!
