Danielle and Dan’s Sweet Wedding Day

Starting in on the fall weddings on the blog today and I could not be more excited to share all about Danielle and Dan’s sweet backyard wedding on the blog today! Danielle and Dan like many other 2020 couples had quite a few tough decisions around their wedding day, with the covid restrictions plans for their wedding day changed a couple of times. All in all I think their day was absolutely perfect! Even after postponing to 2021 and then switching back to their original date, changing venues and having to contend with the number of guests they could have being cut severely the week of their wedding, these two still got married and it was stunning!
I also got to capture Danielle and Dan’s engagement/family photos back in the fall of 2019 and you can check those out on the blog here!
I began the day with Dan as he got ready with his groomsmen, shortly after I headed around the corner to meet up with Danielle and her girls getting ready at Best Western Plus Lamplighter Inn & Conference Centre. I captured her beautiful and colourful wedding details and some candids of her with her bridesmaids and of course some moments with Scarlett, Danielle and Dan’s adorable daughter! I then headed into Wortley Village where they had a gorgeous ceremony (which Scarlett crashed a couple of times haha), took lots of family and wedding party photos and also lots of bride and groom images!
We even got to sneak in a grand entrance to Limp Bizkit (which was AMAZING), a first dance surrounded by their guests and a quick little cake cutting before I said my good-byes!
Covid has taken a lot from people over the last year and a bit but I am so honoured to still be included in special days like these!
It was such an honour to meet Danielle and Dan and I wish them so much happiness in their lives together!
